Refund Policy

We appreciate your support of SnapCut ("we," "us," or "our") and want you to feel confident in the background-removal results you receive. This Refund Policy describes how we handle refunds for the tokens ("Tokens") you purchase to process images (where each Token covers one image-removal request).

1. Purchase of Tokens

Token Usage:

Each Token is valid for removing the background from a single image. Once a Token has been used to process an image, it is considered consumed.

Token Expiration:

Tokens do not expire. In the event of the service being discontinued, we will refund the remaining balance of your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Unused Tokens

  • You may request a refund for unused Tokens within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not used them to process any images.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

2.2 Used Tokens

  • If you find the result unsatisfactory, you may request a refund for the used Token(s) within 7 days of processing the image.

  • Before granting a refund, we may offer to re-process your image to see if the result can be improved.
