We appreciate your support of SnapCut ("we," "us," or "our") and want you to feel confident in the background-removal results you receive. This Refund Policy describes how we handle refunds for the tokens ("Tokens") you purchase to process images (where each Token covers one image-removal request).
Each Token is valid for removing the background from a single image. Once a Token has been used to process an image, it is considered consumed.
Tokens do not expire. In the event of the service being discontinued, we will refund the remaining balance of your account.
You may request a refund for unused Tokens within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not used them to process any images.
Once approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
If you find the result unsatisfactory, you may request a refund for the used Token(s) within 7 days of processing the image.
Before granting a refund, we may offer to re-process your image to see if the result can be improved.
